The Wireless probes from herQs can handle an extremely high peak temperature of up to 500 degrees Celsius. This means that you do not have to worry about your probe breaking down compared to probes from other brands.

herQs does its utmost to develop the products as well as possible so that they last as long as possible! For example, the wireless probes of herQs can even withstand a peak temperature of 500℃ and we have made a number of our thermometers waterproof (IP65) so that they can also withstand a small rain shower!
Should a problem unexpectedly arise, we offer a 2-year legal warranty on our products, which can be claimed at your point of sale.
Each herQs thermometer comes with a QR code on the back or inside of the housing. By downloading the herQs app and following the steps you will at some point be asked to install your thermometer. Here you will be asked for permission to open your camera so that you can scan the QR code. As soon as you scan it, the application will automatically connect to the thermometer and you can immediately use the thermometer via the application!
The herQs Dome thermometer is a thermometer that is often used to upgrade your current manual thermometer to a digital thermometer. Because the Dome fits 99% of the BBQs, this is a great thermometer to upgrade your BBQ. Unfortunately, we have heard that the current range of Big Green Egg has been adjusted and the herQs Dome no longer fits. Of course, herQs is working hard to offer a suitable model for the Big Green Egg again.
Yes, the herQs probes can be purchased separately. If you want to expand to more than the number that is supplied as standard, you can easily purchase an extra set of probes from all our sales channels.
